Abstract


ABSTRACT

The phenomenon of criminal behavior was doing by adolescents is the basis of this research. This study aims to determine how much the level of self-control in juvenile prisoners. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical analysis. This study was held at the Special Guidance Institution for Children Class II X City. Self-control was measured using a scale. This study involved 42 research subjects aged 15-18 years. The results showed that 38.1% of juvenile prisoners had low self-control, 42.9% had moderate self-control, and 19% had high self-control.

ABSTRAK

Fenomena perilaku kriminal yang dilakukan oleh remaja menjadi dasar dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat self-control pada narapidana remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Kota X. Self-control diukur dengan menggunakan skala. Penelitian ini melibatkan 42 subjek penelitian yang berusia 15-18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38,1% narapidana remaja memiliki self-control rendah, 42,9% memiliki self-control sedang dan 19% memiliki self-control tinggi.
